Legal Information for Bottlestop 1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) As a customer of Bottlestop, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory. Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. Return of Goods: You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for: The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. Legal Guarantee Under EU law, all products sold by Bottlestop are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This means that if the goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a price reduction or a full refund. For defects that become apparent within the first year, it is presumed that they existed at the time of delivery, unless we can prove otherwise. After the first year, you may need to provide evidence that the defect existed at the time of delivery. 3. Commercial Warranty In addition to the legal guarantee, Bottlestop offers a one-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase of our bottles. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the product at no charge, replace the product, or provide a refund. This commercial warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or non-compliance with the user manual. Normal wear and tear. Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
